  Rezumat:  The notion of a book review refers to the description of a written work. Yet each work has its own architecture which gives it individuality. This is particularly the case of textbooks. While textbooks are not works of art in their own right, they require a lot of artistry in order to achieve their educational purpose. The problem they have to solve is the adequacy to the needs of the students. Put briefly these needs are the level, the major and the method. English for Public Relations in Higher Education Studies seems to fulfil each one.
