  Rezumat:  The series entitled Secondary School Grammar which appears within Dacia Educational collection adds a fourth title by the end of year 2002 to its string of books. Dacia Publishing House notices "the absence of instruments" which could offer, "on the one hand, a systematic presentation of the problems of syntax in accordance with the curriculum, on the other hand, exercises and analysis patterns for each item specified by the curriculum". The reference is made to the Romanian language and literature syllabus approved of by the Ministry of Education in Act 4237 of 23 August 1999. The fourth volume of the Gimnasium series tries to satisfy these requests aiming at clarifying perhaps the most important problem of syntax: the predication.
