  Rezumat:  For managing the external and internal assistance projects or any development projects on the level of enterprise one needs knowledge in the field of project management In 1992 the European Commission adopted “Project Cycle Management” as its primary set of project design and management tools, based on the Logical Framework Approach, which has been continually updated, becoming the most usual guidelines on aid delivery methods in the CEE countries.
