  Rezumat:  The paper extends the model of funds repartition in the particular case which focus on a group of intermediate centres made of banks through which financial operations are run by a group of companies, as suppliers, as well as a group of companies as beneficiaries. The model we propose and study is presented in several ways considering on certain hypothesis on the intermediate centres capacities (the sums of available money banks can get from suppliers and grant to their customers). The theoretical aspects presented in this paper are associated to an illustrative concrete example.
