  Rezumat:  The Information, as a Organizational Resource used in the Decisional Process. This article presents and underlines the importance of the information of the information in the decisional process of a organization. The development of the information technology has lead to the including of the information as the sixth organizational resource, near the human, financial, material resources, the machines, and the management. The information represents an extremely efficient modality to combine the other organizational resources. It is used for the asistance of the other five organizational resources and also for the planning, directing and controling of these activities. The most important characteristiques of the information in an organization are the quality and value of it, the amount and periodicity and getting advantage of it. The article shows the conditions that must be achieved by an information that is used as a resource by the organization. The conclusion consists in the idea that information is an essential element of the decisional process in the organization.
