  Rezumat:  A Means of Macroeconomic Aggregates Diagnosis by Institutional Sectors and of Ratios Pertaining to National Accounts. The present study delves into the main macroeconomic aggregates pertaining to the System of National Acconts (SNA). The gross value added tax holds the most important place and plays the most important role in macroeconomic diagnoses. The study underlines the structure of gross value added tax by institutional sectors, the causes and effects that influence the evolution of the economy and especially the creation and use of revenues and ratios of otheir variables. The pertaining to the System of National Accounts are calculates on the basis of macroeconomic aggregates the gross operating surplus ratio, the economies ratio, the national investments ratio, the financial economies ratio etc. The main characteristics of economic development and the changes needed in macroeconomic policis in order to stimulate economic growth are underlined by specific ratios.
