	Rezumat: In the stock exchanges we can met diferent types of participants at the transactions. One of them is the speculator. But, in this paper, we will demonstrate that exist diferent types of speculators that can be clasified on different criteria, the main criteria we believ is the nature of the risck asumed by the speculator. The conclusion is that the gain of the speculator is always the result of a very good analyses of the market and depends on his luck just in a small measure.
