  Rezumat:  The Merger of the Companies (I). Business combinations are a frequent topic of discussion in the financial press. They may result from discussion between two companies on the benefits which would flow from a merger of their business.The business combination is treated as a merger which forms a new business as the result of the pooling of the assets and independent businesses. The merger of two companies does not necessarily imply that one company disappears by liquidation. The study presents some aspects about the merger, a specific methods of the market economy.
