	Rezumat: The Cybernetics Modelling of Statistical Control of the Processes. This paper represents our attempt at applying our ideas about the cybernetics modelling of statistical control of the processes in the context of a system theory. The abstract structure of a flow processing constitutes the subject of the first part. The specific elements of a statistical control of the processes is the tackled subject in the second part.
