Rezumat: VIEW PDF: PASTRY CONSUMER PROFILE: AN INVESTIGATION ON CLUJ-NAPOCA MARKET Among other producers and (re)sellers of snacks and fast-food, bakeries and pastry shops are some of the most dynamic enterprises that have developed both at national level and at the level of Cluj-Napoca during the recent years. Given the great variety of such snacks, the authors aim at sketching the profile of the pastry consumer on the market of Cluj-Napoca. The results of two quantitative studies conducted online and face-to-face in 2013 and 2014 are analyzed. These results are considered to be relevant for the characterization of the local consumer.
