  Rezumat:  Working out Your Team Role. We all know, that no individual can combine all the needed qualities for a certain job, but a team of individuals certainly can and often does. This is why it is not the individual but the team that is the instrument of sustained and enduring success in management.The managers have to know the personality types of their team members, and based on this they can anticipate the team roles accepted by them and build an equilibrated and successful team. They can use for this the Belbin role model and Jung personality types as we describe it in the following article.
