  Rezumat:  As a matter of fact simple changing of a label of a certain society it doesn''''t mean an essential change of the nature of that society. A democratic or an authoritarian label of romanian society has nothing in common with the pattern of human interaction, the quality of social environment or with the quality of life. The last 12 years past, since the social change, proves that romanian social evolution can be count mainly for degradation of social conditions, at so high rate and with a fast speed, never met in the whole history of romanian society. Nevertheless, without to get the knowledge of the real causes that social picture no proper measures could be taken to stop the degradation of quality of daily life. The author tried to identify some of main causes and the fitting cure measures but most to give the audiance the chance to get a better understanding of romanian social environment and to self inquiring of the possibilities to enhance a real and profound social change of romanian society in order to make the civil society a real one.
