  Rezumat:  Taking an investment decision is a difficult task due to the fact that any manager have to take into consideration the risk and the uncertainty, elements which give strength to any analysis. That is the reason why the present work visualizes shortly a large number of methods involving the risk, the final goal being that of obtaining a mathematic procedure of analysis, involving prediction methods which anticipates the decision and it''s result as well as decisional methods. This procedure of anlysis is ment to be materialized in a computer-based application.
