  Rezumat:  Communication and Transport Infrastructure and its Role in the Regional System from Lăpuşului Land (II). The second part of the study is focalized upon the road traffic unfurled on the public roads of the analyzed space (priority upon its intensity on sectors and upon the whole analyzed space), as well as on the specific and functional intra and interregional routes which serve the region. There are also highlighted the main limits and disfunctionalities (induced morphologically, ethnically and organizationally), which influence the accessibility and the development in perspective of the road transport. Having in view the objectives of priority in the development of this field, there are finally indicated the main measures of rehabilitation and development of the road network, which must have as an absolute priority the insurance and the fluidization of the circulation flow among the region’s compartments and among them and the coterminous regions, in order to ensure the transit and the best connecting of the region’s roads with the major axes from its vicinity and implicitly the coming out of the Lăpuşului Land from the state of outlying district and isolation.
