  Rezumat:  The Hoarfrost as a Risk Weather Phenomenon in the Bihor and Vlădeasa Mountains. This study is based on the observations coming from 11 weather stations within or at the outskirts of the Bihor and Vlădeasa Mountins (the analysed period: 1961-2000). It is structured on four parts. The first one tries to define and present, on a theoretical basis, the phenomnenon; the second analyzes the conditions that generate the analysed phenomenon; the third part highlights the parameters of the hoarfrost and the last part aims to detail the conditions in which the hoarfrost occurs as a risk phenomenon in the Bihor and Vlădeasa Mountins.
