  Rezumat:  The Romanians from Hungary at the End of the XIXth Century and Beginning of the XXth Century. Geographical Approach. The spatial and temporal analysis with geographical character of the population on the present Hungarian territory, between Tisa and the present day border with Romania, has as a main aim the evaluation as real as possible from a numerical point of view of the Romanians who lived in this area at the end of the XIXth Century (in 1910). A closer evaluation of the real number of the Romanian population in this area result from a comparative analysis between the population registered after their religion. The fact that there is no correspondent of Mosaic religion, despite the fact that this category of population was constituted of Jews who were registered as Hungarian and German speakers bring arguments for this idea. Also, the Romanians and the Ruthenians belonged to Greek-Catholic religion and the Romanian and Serb population belonged to orthodox religion. An important method in the calculation of these values is based on the corelation between the confessional structure and spoken language. Arguments in this sense could be the cases of the three localities: Gyula, Ottlaka and Nagyleta. Each one of these localities, with the majority of population was speaking Romanian language, render evident the function three different demographical evolutionary types.
