  Rezumat:  The Incomes and Expenditure Budgets – Instruments for Monitoring, Measuring, Controlling and Managing Touristic Activities. Under the conditions of competitive market economy, the activity of touristic units must take place on the coordinates of profitability according to certain balance relations between incomes and expenditures. The reflection of these relations, respectively between the resources allocated and the results obtained, in the use of the production factors from tourism is achieved with the help of the incomes and expenditure budgets.
