  Rezumat:  The Morphogenetic Importance of Human Activity in Mining Areas. In a world with finite possibilities, resource consumption cannot be infinit. Exceeding the natural capacity of the natural systems leads to disequilibria within the local geomorphic systems. Statistics show an increase of 6.2% of the open mining exploitation and of 3.2% of the underground mining exploitations at the global scale. Considering the mondial population growth and their increasing needs, as well as the exploitation of more and more low-graded reserves, we may conclude that the amounts of materials that are exploited is increasing continuously. This fact induces instability within the territorial systems. The last decades were characterized by an intense artificialization of the natural landscapes, thus, their modeling being a vital necessity for the development of a modern society.
