Rezumat:  The Dynamics of Geomorphological Landscape in the Area of Diapiric Folds of the Transylvania Depression. The morphology of the Transylvania Depression is a reflex of the differential actions of salt’s diapirism, manifested from the marginal diapiric folds’ alignment (anticlinals and brahianticlinals) towards that of the central domes. The tectodynamic features of the Transylvania Depression emphasizes the role of salt in the forming of the domes and of the diapiric folds, but, in the same time, it outlines the role of salt tectonics in the morphology of these structures. The variety of forms in which the salt occurs in the Transylvania Depression (diapire folds, isolated salt mountains, brahianticlinals, stocks, and the physic-chemical features of the halite horizon are determined by the local and regional tectonic conditions (fractures, faults). The presence of the salt in the Transylvania Depression describes in the entire scale of the aplicative dislocations, varying from thin lens or embryonic folds (in the center and the north-west of the depression), to those generated by paroxysm, such as the big folds where the stone pips penetrates the upper layers in the edge area. This varied scale of the manifestation of the diapirism represents the fundamental premise of the diversification of the dynamics of slopes, including their morphology and specific processes in the area of diapiric folds. The typology of the slopes expresses, in an original manner, an equation of “state” of the geomorphologic landscapes from this area, a synthesis of the influences of the neo-tectonic (diapirism), salt genesis processes, hidro-metamorphical processes, climate evolution (since Pleistocene to present) as well as the human impact on the environment.
