  Rezumat:  A Treaty on Civil Society in Benin. This article publication in the Europaea review in Romania answers to two positions: the first to the scientific production and the second to the cultural diffusion. Better, some east european countries like african countries started to use democracy like political system at the same time (nineteen’s). Otherwise, in democratic systems we can underline appearence of community lifes constituent the civil society. Our work is not to make comparatives steps that could be seen like stereotypes visions, the reader is invited to understand practicals of civil society actors to set up the differences between approaches of conception and organization. This article clarifies sociologicals key lines of civil society concept in Africa and Benin particularly, and raises the old debate about existence of a civil society in Africa.
