	Rezumat: The volume is nothing but a collection of scientific articles published in the Journal for the Study of Religions and Ideologies (volume 11, issue 33, Winter 2012), interstitially linked by discussing different aspects and phenomena related to politics, religion or ideologies of the United States. In what follows I will try to reach some of the main points that the works collected between the covers of the volume examine, without claiming to be exhaustive, but merely attempting to create a minimal image of the content implied by the book and its specific.
