	Rezumat: The notion of competition management is totally adapted to the requirements of organizing the competitions. The principal goal of sports competitions is the training of subject’s capacity-trainers and sportsmen- to apply in concrete situations the principles, the methods and the means of sports training. The main purpose of the training is to participate in sports competitions, to confront the sportsman with to other performers in order to establish a hierarchy of values and to get a higher level of performance.
