  Rezumat:  The Determinants Factors in Individual and Group Behaviour. The research is based upon scientific observation and upon investigation methods whose data are completed and sustained by documentation. The aim of the research work is to identify the psycho-social factors that determine as well as motivate the sportsmen’s behaviour during training courses and competition. Among these factor, the prevailing ones are:
- a need for identify;
- the temperament;
- the need for the value to be acknowledged;
- frustration;
- the assuming (or not) of responsabilities;
- succes/insucces on a professional level;
- the previous sports rezults;
- the agremment ritual;
- the relationship with the other team-members;
- the coach;
- the responsible factors, etc.
