  Rezumat:  This study analyses the character of vegetation on an area of about 10 ha, situated between Beliş and Bălceşti village – Cluj district. Ecologically, it occupies an intermediary position between a meso-eutroph swamp to an peat bog. In view of phytosociologic characterisation, in august 2007, a number of 39 relevees were realized, after the classical method Braun-Blanquet, used in the majority of phytosociologic studies. Later, using statistical software, based on the synthetic table of these relevees, a graphical representation of type DCA (Detrended Correspondence Analysis) was obtained. The vegetation analysis based on the phytosociologic relevees, led us to classifying vegetation in 8 associations, comprised in 3 classes of vegetation.
