Rezumat: The following rights, the right to live, the right to hospital care, the right to health and the right to autonomy, are the capital rights of human kind. All the international documents relating to the conditions for applying them are made very clearly. Such as: The Universal Delaration of Human Rights; The European Convention of Human Rights; The Constitution of Roumania etc. Concerning the ethimology, the word „euthanasia” refers to a good and peacefull death, without pain and suffering. Today, more than ever, the human kind is confronting very often, with the problem of human euthanasia, because of the horrible thouth of phisical suffering and incurable illness. Euthanasia is considerred active when another person had produced the death of somebody and here we can speak about assisted death too. Euthanasia is passive when the alimentation or treatment is interrupted with the approval of everyone involved. This immoral practice can not be authorized, because the moral and civil rights of human kind are broken. Although some countryes of
