	Rezumat: On the 12th of December, 2008 the Vatican through the Congregation for the Doctrine of Creed published the instruction Dignitas Personae through which “it is desired to promote and to protect the dignity of the person wich must be recognized to each human being from its conceiving until the moment of his natural death.
